Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Flores Love, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. You need to cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
How do I restore my purchase on another device?
In the app, open the plans screen and tap Restore Purchases, using the same Apple ID you bought with.
How many projects can I save?
Free: up to 1 saved project. Pro (yearly or monthly): up to 500. A wedding project unlocked with the Bridal Pack doesn’t count toward the free limit. Your existing projects are never deleted if you change plans.
Are my projects stored on my device?
Yes, on your device first. We only send something to the cloud when you turn on sync or use a feature that needs it. See the Privacy Policy.
The app identified the wrong flower. What now?
Identification is an estimate and can be wrong. Try another photo, in good light, with the flower front and center. And never eat or swallow a plant based on the app.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Projects > Settings (gear icon) > Delete account. Or email hey@flores.love from your account’s email address. We erase your data from our cloud; data that lives only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
How do I leave the waitlist?
Email hey@flores.love from the address you signed up with and we’ll remove it from the list. Otherwise, your email is kept until launch plus 12 months.
How do I ask for a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How to cancel
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Choose Flores Love.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal so you aren’t charged for the next period.
