This is a translation; the Portuguese version prevails. Termos (pt-BR)
1. Who provides the app
Flores Love is provided by ANDERSON DE ALMEIDA MELO TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA (ANDER.APP), CNPJ 53.137.423/0001-14, Av. Paulista, 1106, Sala 01, Bela Vista, São Paulo/SP, 01310-914, Brazil (municipal registration 7.926.793-9). By using the app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. What the app is
Flores Love helps you build bouquets, explore flowers, keep a journal, and send flowers to other people’s screens. It is a tool for creativity and inspiration.
3. Plans and limits
- Free: up to 1 saved project, no charge.
- Pro yearly: US$39.90 per year, billed once a year, with a 7-day free trial, up to 500 saved projects.
- Pro monthly: US$4.99 per month, no free trial, up to 500 saved projects.
- Bridal Pack: US$19.99, a one-time purchase (not a subscription) that unlocks the full Bridal Mode for 1 event. That event’s project doesn’t count toward the Free plan limit.
Artificial intelligence features also have usage quotas per plan (“Up to X” uses), which may change over time and are shown in the app. Prices may be displayed in another currency on the App Store, depending on your country.
4. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period, at the same price and frequency (monthly or yearly, depending on the option you chose), unless stated otherwise.
- Free trial: yearly Pro starts with a 7-day free trial, once per Apple ID. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly subscription is charged automatically. If you cancel during the trial, you aren’t charged.
- How to cancel: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Flores Love, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If you cancel or go over your plan’s limit, your existing projects are not deleted, but you may need to subscribe to save new ones.
5. AI-generated content
Some features use artificial intelligence to suggest palettes, text, or compositions. The result is a suggestion: it may contain errors or inaccuracies, or be similar to other results. Review it before using or sharing it. You are responsible for how you use the content.
6. Flower identification can be wrong
Photo identification is an estimate. It can be wrong, especially with dark or partial photos, or with look-alike varieties. Don’t treat the result as botanical confirmation.
7. Plant safety
Never eat, drink, chew, or swallow any plant or flower based on what the app says. Many plants are toxic to people and pets, and a wrong identification can be dangerous. Flores Love is not a source of dietary, medical, or veterinary advice. If you suspect ingestion or contact, seek medical or veterinary care immediately (in Brazil, the CIATox poison center is available at 0800 722 6001).
8. Your content
Your projects and photos remain yours. You authorize us to process them only to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy. Don’t upload content that is illegal or that infringes the rights of others.
9. Our content
The app, brand, icons, illustrations, and flower dataset belong to us or to our licensors. You receive a personal, limited, and revocable license to use the app. Don’t copy, resell, or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store subscription terms (auto-renewal and cancellation) also apply, and prevail in case of conflict regarding the app license.
10. Availability and liability
We provide the app “as is”, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits the rights guaranteed to you by Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code.
11. Changes and jurisdiction
We may update these terms and will let you know about meaningful changes. These terms are governed by Brazilian law; the courts of the consumer’s place of residence have jurisdiction.
